By using retiroll.online (“Retiroll”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. What Retiroll Is
Retiroll provides free, browser-based interactive decision-making tools — including randomized physics simulations and game engines — for personal, educational, recreational, and non-commercial organizational use.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
3. Age & Supervision
Retiroll is intended for users of all ages. Children under 13 should use Retiroll under adult or educator supervision. We comply with COPPA — see our Privacy Policyfor details on how we handle children’s data.
4. Randomness & Disclaimers
Our engines use cryptographic pseudo-random number generators combined with physics simulations. They’re engineered for mathematical fairness (unless you configure custom weights). However:
- Recreational & organizational use only. Retiroll is not licensed, certified, or intended for state-regulated gambling, legal lotteries, commercial sweepstakes, or legally binding disputes.
- No guarantee of financial or legal outcomes. We are not responsible for any disputes, wagers, or decisions made based on outcomes from our tools.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use Retiroll for personal, educational, and organizational purposes. You agree not to:
- Inject malicious scripts, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
- Engage in automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or bot traffic that strains our servers.
- Use Retiroll to generate, display, or broadcast defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hate-speech content.
- Circumvent, modify, or block advertisements or security headers.
6. Intellectual Property
The branding, UI designs, physics engines, audio synthesizers, logos, and documentation on Retiroll are our proprietary intellectual property.
You retain full ownership of any text, rosters, and labels you create or import. You grant Retiroll a limited, non-exclusive license to render and display that content locally on your device (and across connected session peers) to deliver the service you requested.
7. Third-Party Links & Advertisements
Retiroll displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your browsing history. See Google’s Advertising Policies for details.
We may link to third-party websites or services. We don’t endorse or take responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or products. Interactions with advertisers or linked sites are between you and them.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Retiroll may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We’ll do our best to minimize downtime, but provide no uptime warranty.
9. Limitation of Liability
RETIROLL AND ALL CONTENT, ENGINES, AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RETIROLL, ITS CREATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to use Retiroll at your own risk. If your deliberate misuse of the platform or violation of applicable law results in claims, liabilities, or expenses against Retiroll, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from those costs, including reasonable legal fees.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith informal consultation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
12. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Retiroll after changes constitutes acceptance.
